As we begin 2018, I'd like to sincerely thank everyone who supported me in 2017. Here's a look back at what happened in 2017.
2017 was quite a year and started out with a bang with our inclusion in the first Puptown Girl Box. We were on vacation and I woke up to a tag on Facebook linking back to the first unboxing video, what a fantastic way to start the day!
We have been featured in a couple more boxes through the year, The Bundle Box being the newest addition. This box provides hand curated gifts for both mom and baby and makes a wonderful gift for new and expecting moms.
In June I received the news that the Oatmeal Neem Dog Shampoo was being featured as a Fave Find in Modern Dog Magazine. This brought attention, not only to my products but to The Snoopi Project. The Snoopi Project provides much needed vet care, dog houses or foster homes to dogs in need in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. They also provide food to help owners in need and help out other rescue organizations in the area. (Our latest fur-baby Floyd was rescued by the Snoopi Project in August and found his way to Ottawa in early October.)
2017 also marked our 3rd year as a vendor at the Metcalfe Farmers Market and participated in our first Ottawa Farmers Christmas markets.
There's a lot in store for 2018 including streamlining our packaging, with refillable, reusable and/or recyclable items. Refills will be offered at a discount, if you know you'll be attending a market let us know and we'll be sure to bring the item you're looking to refill.
Our first market of 2018 is the 10th annual Living Locally Fair January 20th, hope to see you there!
